Hazards are a part of our lives.  In your workplace their are hazards that come from many elements of the enterprise.  In the following picture you can see that the worker has mitigated the risk of eye and facial injuries with safety glasses and face shield.  He has also gone to the tool box and is holding the chisel with a pair of pliers to mitigate the risk of hitting his hand with the hammer.
